Description
Manufactured in an interlock braiding from 99.9% purity carbon cores totally encased by e-PTFE graphite. This is a special high performance duplex braided multi-service packing. Each and every yarn of carbon fibre encased by e-PTFE graphite has desirable properties: high mechanical strength, abrasion and pressure resistance from the carbon core and the superior chemical resistance, self lubrication, low coefficient of friction and excellent heat dissipation from the external e-PTFE graphite jacket. This is a soft and flexible packing being non-abrasive and also gentle on the shaft.
