Description
Regal make Ceramic Fibre tape is a closely woven tape manufactured on specialized looms, from high quality ceramic fibre yarns with continuous fiberglass filament with or without any metal wire reinforcement .
Properties of the ceramic fibre tape:
- Lightweight, woven texture with excellent handling strength
- Low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, high temperature stability, thermal shock resistant
- Fire and flame proof
- Chemical resistant, compatible with most corrosive chemicals, commonly used acid and alkali (exceptions are hydrofluoric, phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalis).
It can also be coated with vermiculite or silicon rubber to make it 100% non-permeable
