Silica fibre tapes are woven tapes from continuous filament silica yarns of purity >96% .These fibres have excellent corrosion and deterioration resistances at elevated temperatures. Our ultra high-temperature tape is preshrunk allowing no more than 3% shrinkage at maximum service temperatures. These tapes do not brittle and do not loose its properties when used. Silica fibre tapes is available in a range of sizes. All our silica tapes are also available with an adhesive backing to facilitate wrapping installations. Backing adhesive design makes it stick on the pipe and equipment perfectly.
